Should be used the normal way up in a front tool post or inverted in a rear tool post.
Do not run lathe in reverse, lathe spindle should always be running in forwards direction.
Suits tool height of 8mm or 5/16″ in front tool post, or 3.2mm (1/8″) in rear tool post.
Shank size – 11mm (7/16″) square.
